We rely on specialized couriers and by purchasing through our e-commerce you have the possibility of receiving the product directly at home in the times and methods accepted during the order process.
Each order can be tracked for greater transparency and security.
Deliveries
The prices of the products are to be understood net of shipping costs.
The Company will organize the transport of the products to the address indicated by the Registered User. The Company delivers the Products purchased only in the areas enabled and indicated during the order phase, compatible with the accessibility of the place of delivery. The Products will be delivered on the days chosen by the Registered User during the purchase phase. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the presence of the Registered User or his representative at the address indicated in the order is required for delivery. The delivery service is guaranteed only for homes that can be reached with the means provided to the Company's suppliers (for example, homes that can only be reached via dirt roads or exclusively pedestrian roads are excluded).
Upon delivery of the goods, the User, or the person appointed by the latter, will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Products must be immediately contested by the User, by placing, on the Carrier's delivery document, a written reservation of control and specifying the reason for the reservation (for example "Holey packaging", "Tampered packaging"). For any anomalies found on the Products, other than those due to the physiological deterioration of food products or the mere imperfection of the packaging, the User may however contact the Company by writing to merceriaetendenze@gmail.com or through the "Contact us" section, specifying the anomaly and documenting it with photographic material.
The Company undertakes to execute the order in good faith and to fulfill, or ensure that all obligations set forth herein are fulfilled with the utmost diligence in the spirit of solidarity and self-organization that characterizes and must characterize all the activity and services offered and used by Users through the Website.
The Company will not be liable for any delays that occur during transportation. Likewise, the Company cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, incorrect or failed delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as, but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall), any strikes (of its own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions or any other cause, similar or different, occurring outside the control of the Company and not attributable to it, even pre-existing, which prevents or aggravates the total or partial execution of the contract.
Failure to deliver
The Registered User acknowledges and accepts that in the event of impossibility of delivery of the Products due to his (or the person in charge) absence at the time of delivery on the agreed day, the purchased Products will not be cancelled from the order and the relative amount will not be credited back to the User.
Delivery will in any case be made twice and with notification before the product is returned to the company.
